Our Impactful Vision, Mission and Value Statements
Changing Lives One Child at a Time…
Michele - Caroline uses ballet as the vehicle that leads parents and children to a destination that fosters community, hope, kindness and character. Her ballet academy not only promotes inclusion but also uses dance techniques that develop fine and gross motor skills, enabling children of all abilities to experience success in performing ballet.
Suzy - Caroline is a remarkable person. I am the mother of special needs twins. Due to the loving and positive approach, the girls are aware and performing goals and tasks independently that we have been working on for years. She has totally built up their self esteem 100% as well as mine. Anyone who is touched by Caroline will be truly blessed.
Jean - “When Caroline first began to discuss working with Special Needs children, my husband and I were a little concerned as it would all hinge on how the older children(mentors) would be able to fulfill their roles. I watched as my daughter and many others blossomed under Caroline’s direction. When you and your children realize this is what dreams are made of, not winning, not losing, but watching the first precious moments, of what seemed an impossible dream, come true for someone.”
Tera - On the way home from an inclusive production of the Cinderella performance I asked my daughter who is seven, “what is the best part of working with special needs children” her reply was “ all children are special mom but in different ways, the best part of the performance was making new friends. We are all just kids!”
Katy - Caroline’s students are kind, loving and eager to help others. She has taught them that giving to others brings joy to both giver and receiver. Thanks to her wonderful example, my son looks forward to volunteering. That is the greatest lesson.
Kimberly - Performing with Ms. Caroline, my daughter has gained a beautiful view of people. She sees talent, grace, and joy in children who others dismiss. My daughter learned how to recognize the sweet spirit of the kids around her. She now sees the beautiful spirit that exists in every child.
William J. Daily, MD. - Here is a place of Sacred Dance – a place where all learn of compassion, love and joy of learning and tolerance; in short of what it means to belong to the human family and community. Rarely, if ever, have I witnessed such caring and compassion and rarer yet, the healing and joy which results from this gift. If you doubt – simply watch – ask the children and their families for they are all both teachers and students of understanding and love.
